Overview

This sample Acquisition register contains columns and headings under which you can record the accession details for an objects including where the object came from and who donated it.

We have a Word document template and an Excel spreadsheet template, depending on which program you are more comfortable using. Use the templates to create your own Loan register, replicate on your computer or print for immediate use.
