Manager, Arts and Culture

Willoughby City Council is seeking an innovative, commercially savvy Manager, Arts and Culture to drive the vision, growth and sustainability of Council’s Arts and Culture portfolio.

Reporting to the Director of Community, this high-profile leadership role oversees a diverse program of  festivals, events, cultural initiatives, public art, markets and venue partnerships. You will balance artistic ambition with commercial outcomes, lead a multidisciplinary team, and help position Chatswood and Willoughby as the cultural heart of Sydney’s Lower North Shore.
