About

The Australian Golf Heritage Society Museum is currently closed. The museum will be re-opening in a new location soon.

For more information and updates visit the museum's facebook page.

The Australian Golf Heritage Society Museum has a diverse and fascinating collection of golfing artefacts going back to the early days of golf in Australia in the second half of the 19th century.

The Museum is proud to offer Up the Fairway, a travelling display of golf clubs, balls, trophies and other artefacts, for golf clubs in Sydney to host free of charge (donations welcome). The Museum endeavours to include an object or information specific to the history of the host club and will deliver, install and pack down the display. For more information, please contact us.

The Museum can provide advice on collecting, restoring and preserving old or antique golf clubs and other golfing artefacts.

Museums & Galleries of NSW helps small-medium museums, galleries and Aboriginal cultural centres create exciting experiences for visitors and, through this, thriving local NSW communities. We don't run museums, galleries and cultural centres but we care about those who do. We develop their skills, connect them with others in the industry, provide funding, point visitors their way, and give them access to ground-breaking exhibitions.

Museums & Galleries of NSW is supported by the NSW Government through Create NSW.
