National Benchmarking – Public Galleries Survey

Museums & Galleries of NSW is partnering with National Public Galleries Alliance members in a major survey of public galleries nationally.

The purpose of this survey is to collect data to better support and advocate for the public gallery sector within the state and nationally. Information collected will also be used as aggregated data to inform the 2020 Australian Public Galleries Snapshot. To see the previous Snapshot report, go to magsq.com.au.

A few points before starting the survey:

  • Please complete only one survey per organisation. You may wish to work with others in your organisation to complete the survey as fully and accurately as possible.
  • It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Some questions are quick to answer, and others will require some further thought. Not all of the questions asked may apply to your organisation.
  • You can start the survey and come back to it later on the same computer. By pressing ‘Next’ at the bottom of each page, the site will use cookies to remember where you’re up to.

This survey has been extended to 30 November 2020.
