With regional visitors being among Storyplace’s target audiences, this year we began trialling a paid advertisement with Pelican airlines inflight magazine. Pelican Airlines flies to a number of the state’s regional towns, which are home, or near, to many of our museum and gallery partners – including Bathurst, Cobar, Mudgee, Ballina, as well as the regional cities of Newcastle and Canberra. As we track the number of times the advertisement was scanned (using a smart QR code embedded in the ad), we’ll update you on what resulted from the advertisement in our next newsletter.
