Project Coordinator – Exhibitions and Capital Works
The Project Coordinator, Exhibitions and Capital works is responsible for assisting with project management and support activities to contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects including exhibition building works and minor projects in line with established objectives.
The position ensures the planning, prioritisation and implementation of exhibitions and capital works aligns with building standards, specifications, heritage requirements and workplace health and safety standards.
What technical / soft skills you require
- Experience in the development and implementation of building projects including cost estimating, contractor management and safety systems.
- Experience in the development of documentation associated with building contracts. Managing government procurement processes, including tenders (where relevant) to ensure compliance with Government legislation and policies
- Understanding and experience in the management of building projects
- NSW drivers licence
