Membership Assistant
Reporting to the Member Experience Supervisor, the Membership Assistant plays a key role in the day to day administration and fulfilment of memberships. You will be processing memberships, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records and delivering member services both in person, over the telephone and via email. You will also have the opportunity to work front of house in our award-winning Members Lounge.
This role suits someone who is reliable, organised and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in delivering great customer service.
Key responsibilities
• Provide friendly, professional service to members, visitors and colleagues
• Process membership sales, renewals and contact updates accurately
• Respond to member and visitor enquiries via phone, email and in person
• Support Members Lounge operations and day to day activities
