The Small Museums Conference, supported by Museums and Galleries Queensland is to be held on 7, 8, 9 October 2022. Delegates from all over Queensland and further afield will be welcomed to the Museum for a comprehensive program of workshops, tours, presentations and social events.

This year’s theme is ‘making my museum memorable’. The Conference is an opportunity to network, communicate, have free and frank debate, as well as gain practical skills and information. In addressing this year’s theme, the Conference will explore how to make your museum unique in order to attract visitors, community involvement, funding, sponsorship and research opportunities.
