Sector Census 2022

The Museums & Galleries of NSW 2022 Sector Census took place between August and October 2022. The survey was sent to 508 organisations which covered 319 community run and managed museums, 57 public and regional museums, 39 public and regional galleries, 46 community managed galleries and artist run initiatives, 8 Artspaces, 14 University Galleries and 25 Aboriginal cultural organisations.

Organisations who completed the Sector Census 2022 were in the running to win one of 2 prizes:

The winner of conservation framing at International Conservation Services valued at $1000 is: Ben Chifley House and Museum, Bathurst
The winner was chosen from a random draw of all completed 2022 Sector Census responses by the closing date.

The winner of the $300 voucher to spend on materials from materials Archival Survival is: Braidwood & District Historical Society
The winner was chosen from a random draw of all completed 2022 Sector Census responses received from volunteer run organisations by the closing date.

The full report 2022 Sector Census report will be published in the first half of 2023.
