Welcome Kelly Price

We would like to welcome Kelly Price to the M&G NSW team as our Exhibitions Coordinator.

Kelly is a curator, creative producer and consultant working across contemporary art practice in a gallery and public context. With a cross-disciplinary approach, she brings a diverse background in artistic direction, producing and strategy. Kelly has held curatorial, commissioning, collection management, and project management positions for the City of Gosnells, Wanneroo Regional Art Gallery & Museum, Joondalup Art Gallery, City of Stirling, Sculpture by the Sea, and Artereal Gallery. She has provided art consultancy services for the Town of Victoria Park and the National Trust of Western Australia. In 2022, Kelly curated the feminist manifesto Sugar, Spice and Everything Nice for the Victoria Park Arts Season while mentoring alumni artists Nina Raper and Hamide Kocer from the Curtin University School of Fine Arts.

Kelly was awarded a Master of Curating & Cultural Leadership with Excellence through UNSW in 2023. Her curatorial project In Histories Staged was published in the UNSW Art & Design Future Makers series and in 2021 she was awarded the UNSW Faculty of Art, Design & Architecture Dean’s List Prize.

Kelly will be coordinating the day-to-day of our touring exhibitions currently on the road, as well as assist in developing future tours, programs, events and opportunities.
