Throughout the challenges of 2020, digital projects and online adaptability proved to be the saving grace for many in the arts and cultural sector. Virtual exhibitions, social media interactives, online talks and webinars, and articles and digital resources kept us connected and creative.
M&G NSW is hence very pleased to announce that we have received funding from Create NSW, as part of their Arts Restart scheme, to undertake a new digital project: Let’s Get Digital. The project, under the direction of a dedicated project manager, will fund 15 new digital projects at museums, galleries and Aboriginal cultural centres across NSW.
The goals of this project are to nurture digital creativity, improve online literacy, and to engage artists and creative practitioners across the state.
