We’re seeking an experienced, strategic and values-driven Executive Director to champion sector development and drive increased investment across the region.

Western Sydney Arts Alliance is the leading advocacy body for arts and culture across Western Sydney, proudly representing over 40 arts and cultural organisations and local councils.

Made possible through funding from Create NSW, this is a unique opportunity to help shape cultural policy, strengthen industry capacity and make a lasting impact across Western Sydney’s creative ecosystem.

Hours: 0.6 FTE (3 days/week)
Location: Arts and Cultural Exchange Inc, Parramatta
Salary range: $146,250–$164,869 (pro rata) + super
Contract: Up to 9 months (with option to renew pending funding)
