Approaching 15 years’ experience in the Museum and Heritage industry, Allison is currently Museum Manager at the newly established Orange Regional Museum in central western New South Wales where she is focusing on establishing the new institution as an innovator in the regional museum field.

Holding a Bachelor of Arts (History and Literature), and a Post-graduate Diploma of Arts (Museums and Collections), Allison has worked across both the private and public sector, specialising in collection management and registration.

Allison has enjoyed working across a range of collecting institutions, including; Old Parliament House (now Museum of Australian Democracy), National Museum of Australia, Historic Houses Trust (now Sydney Living Museums), and Tairawhiti Museum (New Zealand).
