What the opportunity is:
- Employment with Museums of History NSW.
- Guide. Remuneration package includes salary ($62,539 – $69,116 full-time equivalent), employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 2 x ongoing and 1 x temporary employment up to 20 February 2026. All three roles are part-time at 24.5 hours per week.
- This recruitment may also be used for appointment to the Visitor & Interpretation Officer Casual Pool.
- The role will work across Sydney.
What we do
MHNSW brings together the museums, historic houses and associated collections previously in the care of Sydney Living Museums with the vast collection of more than 13 million items held by the former NSW State Archives. This includes one of the world’s most complete and important collections documenting colonisation.
What you’ll do with us
This role will provide exceptional customer service, interpretation and information about Museums of History NSW’s sites, activities, and events to enhance visitor experiences and achieve revenue targets from sales.
