Assistant Director

Ngununggula is seeking an experienced, highly capable Assistant Director to help deliver our exhibition, public program and creative learning activities. Working in a small team and reporting to the Gallery Director, this role requires a balance of creative vision, project management expertise and operational oversight. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong experience in exhibition delivery, financial and contract management, stakeholder engagement and team leadership. This role is ideal for an arts professional with strong curatorial insight, excellent organisation skills and experience working in a collaborative regional gallery environment.
