Arts & Cultural Development Officer

Council has an opportunity for a dynamic, creative and motivated Arts & Cultural Development Officer to join the Creative Services Team.

The Creative Services Team are passionate, energetic and have a positive, pro-active team culture focused on delivering venues, activations, creative events, cultural development and public art.

Arts and culture play an important role in shaping Shellharbour’s identity, fostering community connection and creating vibrant, inclusive places.

This role will help to identify, develop, and produce innovative and accessible programs that support artists and facilitate audience engagement. This position also coordinates Council’s Public Art commissions.
