Over a series of interactive webinars, this program will address and discuss key issues in art and cultural heritage law including cultural appropriation, non-fungible tokens, digital heritage and law reform in the First Nations heritage space. This series is aimed at legal practitioners and non-legal professionals working for cultural, arts and heritage organisations, in art galleries and museums, and in the visual arts.
