As a Perth-based independent art curator and collection management consultant, Catherine provides professional advice and assistance to individual and organisations on a range of visual art exhibitions for permanent and temporary display as well as touring; artwork valuation and insurance appraisals and collection management advice for private, corporate and local government entities.

Catherine completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) at the University of Melbourne before travelling and working in the UK, Poland and Canada. She returned to Perth in 2004 and gained a Graduate Diploma of Heritage Studies at Curtin University of Technology, majoring in Art Curatorship. She has curated numerous solo and group exhibitions, including two touring exhibitions for Art on the Move, and held curatorial positions at New Norcia Museum and Art Gallery and Mundaring Arts Centre before establishing Art Matters as a visual art consultancy business.
