Creative Producer, Science Engagement

You’ll lead the development and delivery of the Sydney Science Trail (SST), the Australian Museum’s flagship annual science program, presented in partnership with the Botanic Gardens of Sydney. This large-scale schools and community program showcases the scientific work of both organisations.

Working with scientists, educators, science communicators and partners, you’ll program best-practice STEM activities that inspire participation and build science literacy. You’ll oversee SST from concept to delivery and help secure ongoing funding, including through grant submissions. Outside the SST season, you’ll develop science programs that connect audiences with the Museum’s collections, First Nations cultures, natural history and climate solutions.
