Senior Visitor Service Host

As a Senior Host, you will support the Visitor Experience Manager to lead front-of-house operations and bring a warm and welcoming experience to life for every visitor, supporting Hosts engage with guests in a warm and attentive way.

You will supervise a team of visitor hosts, modelling excellence in service delivery and a commitment to continuous improvement. The role collaborates with other museum teams and contributes to an inclusive and accessible environment.

There are two part-time positions up t 21 hours requiring weekend availability. You will work across a 21-day rotating roster, which includes two weekends followed by a rotation of weekday shifts.
