Art Pharmacy is one of Australia’s leading art consultancies, placing original artworks in corporate, healthcare, and hospitality environments and delivering major public art commissions. We operate Sugar Glider Digital, our technology-led creative sub-brand, and run Flourish, a national networking event series for women in the creative industries.

The Opportunity:
This is a rare role for someone who wants to run a creative business, not just work in one. As Senior Project Manager, you will own delivery from first client conversation through to installation, protect margin, manage the pipeline, and lead a small team alongside the CEO. You will make decisions, hold accountability, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

What You Will Own
Project scoping, fee proposals, and budgets. End-to-end project delivery including contracts, fabrication, installation, and handover. Client and stakeholder management. Grant, tender, and RFQ submissions. Pipeline and business development. Flourish and ACE Hotel events. Team leadership and operations.

About You
5+ years in project management. Proven tender writing experience. Comfortable owning budgets and contracts. Built environment or creative industries background preferred. Operationally exceptional, commercially sharp, and genuinely drawn to creative work.
