Exhibitions Producer

This role is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering a range of exhibition projects from concept through to completion, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget.

Working as part of a small and agile project management team, you will oversee all stages of exhibition development—managing timelines, stakeholders, procurement and production—while ensuring alignment across the organisation. You’ll prepare project documentation including plans, briefs, business cases and risk assessments, and manage contracts in line with NSW Government requirements.
