Located in the iconic guitar-shaped building in Tamworth’s CBD, the museum features an unmatched collection of memorabilia, and documents Tamworth’s history as the Country music Capital. It’s a must-visit destination for country music fans, history buffs, families and everyone in between!

Museum displays are rotated and updated regularly to showcase our comprehensive collection, with each exhibit telling a unique story. Plus, experience Walk A Country Mile – a permanent and interactive exhibition showcasing recordings, music and memorabilia from artists and events spanning a period of more than 30 years.

The museum is wheelchair accessible and service animals are welcome, with suitable amenities and parking available. Parking is also available for cars, motorhomes and buses.

Tour groups, schools and community organisations are all welcome!
