Screen Studio Manager

Megalo Print Studio is seeking a skilled and experienced Screen Studio Manager to oversee the operations, safety and delivery of programs within our Screen Printing Studio. This key role supports artists, members and the broader printmaking community by ensuring access to high‑quality facilities, technical expertise and a welcoming, well‑managed studio environment.

The Screen Studio Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day organisation, maintenance and safe operation of the Screen Studio, as well as contributing to the delivery of screen‑printing programs and projects. Working closely with staff, members, visiting artists and workshop participants, the role plays an important part in maintaining professional standards, supporting creative practice and fostering a positive studio culture.

This role suits someone with strong technical screen printing skills, sound organisational and communication abilities, and a genuine interest in supporting artists at all stages of their practice. It is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognised printmaking organisation and contribute to the ongoing development of Megalo’s studio and programs.

This is an ongoing, part‑time position (28 hours over 4 days per week, negotiable).
