Operations & Front of House Coordinator
The Operations & Front of House Coordinator role ensures the efficient, safe, and financially sustainable running of the building, including oversight of utilities, insurance, WHS, subscriptions, IT systems, contractors, and front-of-house services. It also supports visitor experience, staff onboarding, and event delivery, while contributing to compliance, reporting, and organisational governance. Working closely with the General Manager and Executive Director, the Operations & Front of House Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that Artspace operates to the highest professional standards, providing a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained environment for staff, artists, visitors, and partners.
