Are you ready to shape the future of heritage and museum experiences in the vibrant and growing Lake Mac region? As Heritage and Museum Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering on the Museum and Heritage Strategy for our amazing social history facilities: Sugar Valley Library Museum, Morisset Hub, Swansea Centre, and Rathmines Heritage Centre.

This dynamic role focuses on delivering contemporary exhibitions, museum programming, and local studies services that connect our community with our rich history. You’ll lead the way in creating engaging experiences across these facilities, collaborating with passionate volunteers, and fostering partnerships with external organisations and individuals who share our vision.

Your leadership will extend beyond physical spaces, as you develop accessible online content and drive community engagement with our cultural collections. From curating exhibitions and interpreting historical narratives to enabling access to local studies resources, this role offers an incredible opportunity to make history relevant and exciting for diverse audiences.
