Cultural Tourism is in the spotlight with the release of Creative Communities, the NSW Arts, Culture and Creative Industries Policy.

The policy aims to grow national and international audiences, drawing on diverse cultural experiences, art forms, and local initiatives. As a part of this ambition, NSW tourism will increase its focus on cultural experiences, including festivals and First Nations cultural tourism.

The event will explore:

• Re-positioning culture: it’s about the destination, not the Journey
• First Nations Culture: celebrating and sharing First Nations Culture in our regions
• Public Art as a destination offering
• Opening doors: Access and inclusion for cultural experiences
