Dubbo Regional Council is currently calling for expressions of interest for the redevelopment concepts for the Wellington Old Police Station and Gaol.
The Old Wellington Police Station and Gaol is situated on the corner of the Mitchell Highway and Percy Street in Wellington NSW.
This project is to investigate and subsequently recommended a future cultural or community use of the building complex, addressing issues such as previous use, variety of possible uses, infrastructure investment, ongoing management (asset and operational), possible targeted market sectors and return on investment.
