We’re looking for a Gallery Manager to join the team at Bank Art Museum Moree (BAMM) and help drive the next exciting chapter of one of regional NSW’s public art museums.
We’re seeking an organised, resourceful and collaborative Gallery Manager who loves making things happen. Someone who can bring people together, keep things running smoothly, think on their feet and take pride in creating a welcoming and dynamic environment for artists, audiences and colleagues alike.

About the role
The Gallery Manager takes responsibility for the day-to-day operations of BAMM, working collaboratively with colleagues who lead exhibitions, education, collections and marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:
_ Managing daily gallery operations, visitor services and front-of-house arrangements.
_ Coordinating staff rosters, onboarding, volunteers and routine HR administration.
_ Overseeing building and grounds maintenance, contractors, security and workplace safety.
_ Managing external venue hire and supporting the operational delivery of exhibitions, openings and public events.
_ Maintaining effective administrative systems, operational records and visitor information.
_ Contributing to a positive, inclusive and collaborative workplace.
This role is part-time, 3 days per week.
Salary is offered pro-rata.
