Many collections care teams are facing restructuring, reduced staffing and tighter budgets, while still being expected to provide the same level of care.

This seminar is for senior heritage professionals directly responsible for managing collections and collections care teams through these changes. We will consider priorities, remaining capacity, risks to collections and the impact of change on staff. There will be time to share experience and discuss what can realistically be done when resources are reduced.
