Member Experience Supervisor
Seeking a Member Experience Supervisor to lead our frontline membership operations and deliver exceptional experiences across both onsite and digital touchpoints.
Reporting to the Membership Services Manager, this role plays a pivotal part in shaping how members engage with the Art Gallery, from their first interaction through to long-term loyalty.
You will lead a small, passionate team and oversee the day-to-day operations that support membership acquisition, engagement and retention. This includes supervising membership processing, CRM data integrity, customer service standards and the smooth operation of Members Lounges and Pop-up spaces.
