PTW Architects is a global architecture, interior design, and urban design practice, with offices in Sydney, Hanoi, Beijing, and Shanghai. As one of Australia’s oldest architectural practices, we celebrate 136 years in 2025 and a have breadth of cross-sector expertise, including within the cultural sector.

PTW have extensive experience with the master planning, design and delivery of projects both overseas and across Australia from private art galleries to national institutions, theatres and unique performance spaces. Our projects celebrate the cultural life and vitality of our cities and have received a number of prestigious awards, including the RAIA Merit Award for Public Buildings (Roslyn Packer Theatre), the AIA Emil Sodersten Award for Interior Architecture (The John Kaldor Family Gallery, AGNSW) and the Leaf Awards, Public Building of the Year (The Calyx).

PTW have a track record of iconic projects throughout Asia-Pacific, including successful collaborations with esteemed global architects and developers and several 5 and 6 star Green Star rated buildings. As a result, we have an intimate understanding of Sydney’s urban landscape and planning controls and established relationships with Sydney’s Tier One contractors and consultants, and local councils.
