ERCO – Lighting Training Central West NSW
10 Feb - 11 Feb 2020
ERCO heads to Cowra and Bathurst to deliver workshops on lighting topics that explain the importance of qualitative lighting design and techniques that can be used to reduce energy consumption and light pollution. Over two half-days participants will cover the following topics: Dark Sky, Light for Public Buildings and Light for Art.
ERCO recognise light as the fourth dimension of architecture – it provides atmosphere and orientation, enhances the appreciation of architecture and creates spaces for people to enjoy. The available topics all provide an introduction to the perception orientated lighting approach conceived and practiced by American architect and lighting designer Richard Kelly (1910-1977). A brief formal assessment is given at the end of each topic and all attendees will be offered a CPD certificate.
