Visitor Experience Manager
About the Role
The position oversees the management of the Visitor Experience service delivery team across the Art Gallery of New South Wales and the Brett Whiteley Studio. The position ensures a high-quality visitor experience for visitors and plays a key role in managing the audience feedback and research program for various stakeholders. The Visitor Experience Manager will work closely with other internal departments to deliver data-driven insights to maximise experience scores.

Note: This role is required to work weekends (Sunday to Thursday).
What Technical/Soft Skills you require
- Substantial years of front of house/ticketing experience working in a gallery/museum including working with audiences of a diverse range of ages and abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding leadership to a large team.
- Confidence with visitor engagement and the influence required to motivate casual staff and volunteers to increase membership sales and other products/services.
- Current Working with Children Check.
