Organisational Development Manager
The Organisational Development Manager is responsible for managing the development and delivery of a range of People & Culture (P&C) projects and initiatives such as Workplace Health and Safety, Leadership and Organisational Capability Initiatives, Diversity and Inclusion, Recognition and Engagement, Performance and Development Planning, and other P&C priorities to deliver high quality and innovative programs that meet organisational and public sector human resources requirements.
