Terms and Conditions

The Promoter of this prize draw is Museums & Galleries of NSW (M&G NSW), Level 1, The Arts Exchange, 10 Hickson Road, The Rocks NSW 2000

This prize draw is open museums, galleries and Aboriginal cultural centres in NSW who complete the 2022 Sector Census in full. The prize draw is not open to employees of the promoter or their families, agents, or any third party directly associated with the administration of this prize draw.

To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the survey. No purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per museum, gallery or Aboriginal cultural centre is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same census survey will not result in additional entries into the prize draw. Organisations who operate more than one museum, gallery or Aboriginal cultural centre and submit separate census data for each will qualify for multiple entries.

Any prize received must be used by the winning museum, gallery or cultural centre. It may not be by another organization except where written approval is granted by the Promoter.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.

The closing date for the Prize Draw is 11:59pm Monday 19 September 2022. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. The Prize Draw will be made on INSERT DATE

The winner of the Conservation framing at International Conservation Services valued at $1000 will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The winner of the $300 voucher to spend on materials from materials Archival Survival will be be chosen from a random draw of all entries received from volunteer run organisations in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

The promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize.

The winner will be notified by email on the day of the drawing. If a winner does not respond to the promoter within 90 days of being notified, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and M&G NSW shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and the promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.

The promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.

The promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy, and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.

The prize winner’s name may be made available within the M&G NSW website and Social Media accounts.

If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
