This workshop, designed for Board Members and Managers, will cover the basics of what you
need to apply for a range of operational grants. It considers how to approach strategic
planning and how to develop a marketing and communications plan. It runs over two
sessions on the first day.
Michael Huxley is General Manager of Museums & Galleries of NSW, where his areas of
responsibility include financial management, day-to-day operations as well as overseeing
research work. He has produced numerous marketing campaigns for theatre companies and
has strong social media skills.
