Standards Program 2015 – Interviews

The Standards Program is one of M&G’s hallmark activities. It’s designed to assist small to medium museums and galleries to improve their practice in the areas of management, engaging with people, and to build and care for their collections.

It helps develop networks and partnerships, and guides organisations towards adopting best-practice protocols in accordance with the National Standards for Australian Museums and Galleries.

Participants in the 2015 Standards Program recently came together to celebrate the completion of the program and we asked them ‘what did your museum get out of doing the Standards Program?’

If you’re interested in participating in the 2016 Standards Program you can find out more by visiting our website or contacting our Museum Programs and Collections Coordinator Margot Stuart-Smith.
