Books and coordinates events for internal clients as well as some smaller commercial and sponsor events. Provides assistance and support for the Marketing role within the venues team.
What technical / soft skills you require
- Previous administration/coordination experience in a sales & Marketing /customer service/events environment
- Well-developed MS Office skills and an understanding of event service technology including Audio Visual. Experience with Events Management Software.
- Strong time management and prioritising skills with strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- RSA certificate
- Ability to work evenings, early mornings and weekends as required.
