Research & Insights Manager

Primary purpose of the role
To understand the external environment and our data and to be able to transform it into action-oriented insights that influence strategy and decision making, plus empower colleagues to drive growth and better stakeholder experiences.

What technical / soft skills you require

  1. Marketing or commercial business tertiary qualifications.
  2. 5+ years experience in a role with a strong focus on customer insight/CRM/data analytics.
  3. Business accumen in a commercial environment.
  4. High level verbal, visual and written communication skills including report writing and presentation skills.
  5. Understanding of, and experience in the implementation of optimisation, segmentation and personalisation.
  6. Exceptional database and analytical skills with strengths in delivering customer insights and trends from a range of digital, CRM platforms and 3rd party data.
  7. Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research.
  8. Excellent ability at translating data into compelling, actionable insights for marketers.
  9. Proven ability to motivate others in seeking out data insights to drive decision making.
  10. A passion for a collaborative approach to business transformation.
