Primary purpose of the role
To understand the external environment and our data and to be able to transform it into action-oriented insights that influence strategy and decision making, plus empower colleagues to drive growth and better stakeholder experiences.
What technical / soft skills you require
- Marketing or commercial business tertiary qualifications.
- 5+ years experience in a role with a strong focus on customer insight/CRM/data analytics.
- Business accumen in a commercial environment.
- High level verbal, visual and written communication skills including report writing and presentation skills.
- Understanding of, and experience in the implementation of optimisation, segmentation and personalisation.
- Exceptional database and analytical skills with strengths in delivering customer insights and trends from a range of digital, CRM platforms and 3rd party data.
- Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research.
- Excellent ability at translating data into compelling, actionable insights for marketers.
- Proven ability to motivate others in seeking out data insights to drive decision making.
- A passion for a collaborative approach to business transformation.
