About the Opportunity
In this role you will work under the direction of the Assistant Director/Senior Curator to coordinate the Friends, volunteers and art education programs for Mosman Art Gallery.
You will also focus on promoting these programs to the widest audience possible. Your day to day work will involve coordinating organising, developing and implementing a variety of public programs, educational activities and special events for students and visitors. You will also assist other team members.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
• Extensive experience managing or facilitating a range of community, educational and /or cultural
programs
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills, interpersonal skills and negotiation ability
• Demonstrated high level of motivation and enthusiasm
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Demonstrated commitment to quality customer service and continuous improvement strategies
• Proven ability to identify potential conflicts and negotiate successful solutions
• Working with Children Check clearance
• Valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate
The position is identified as a Child-Related position under the Commission of Children and Young People Act 1998 and the successful candidate is required to hold a valid Working With Children Check
