The Part Time Administration Coordinator is responsible for the smooth operations of the Biennale of Sydney office and is vital to ensuring the effective flow of information within the organisation. Managing the reception, the successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for many enquiries, so outstanding communication skills and a warm personality are essential.
This role, reporting to our People and Culture Manager, is tasked with supporting our dynamic team with general administration, including HR activities and onboarding of new staff, managing our organisations systems and processes and maintaining office supplies.
With an attitude that no task is too big or small, we are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organised administrator, with a proven ability to manage and juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. A high-level attention to detail and excellent time management skills are required for this position.
We support a flexible working environment at the Biennale of Sydney, and this part-time role can accommodate shorter hours five days per week, or full-time hours over three days per week.
