Museum Visitor Experience & Collections Officer (Part time)

The Museum Visitor Experience and Collections Officer is responsible for:
- Provide essential customer service and front of house reception at the Australian Country Music Hall of Fame
- Undertaking a range of administrative tasks and providing support in the day to day operations of the Museums, including retail shop, website, social media and creating an engaging visitor experience for the Museums.
- Undertaking a range of exhibition and collection documentation tasks
- Assist with the promotion of the Museum exhibitions and events on the website and through social media

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED
- Certificate III in Museum Administration or similar
- Driver Licence
- The ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders including volunteers and providing a quality customer service is essential.
