The Members Assistant is a crucial role that sits within the Marketing and Memberships team. The role is offered on a temporary part time basis working 9:30am till 5pm Monday to Thursday commencing 15 May up to early September 2023. You will be required to use your prior experience to maintain membership information in the Australian Museum’s database and provide office management and administrative support to the team.
We are seeking a person who is passionate with customer service, proactive to provide support key stakeholders. This role requires a person to have good organization and administrative skills to manage queries, payments and records.
Your Knowledge & Experience
Delivery of a high standard of customer service
General administration background with financial processing experience in using a CRM or database to manage customer relationships and communications
