• To lead and manage a financially sustainable, high-quality arts centre to meet the current and future needs of the community.
• Be responsible for seeking funding through grants, sponsors and commercial activities and undertake associated entrepreneurial and marketing activities.
• Be a positive brand ambassador for Sutherland Shire Council – you will showcase Council’s values in all that you do.

Things You’ll Do:

• Developing and implementing a strategic framework for Hazelhurst Arts Centre.
• Develop strategies, plans and projects that deliver against the key focus areas outlined in the 2022 – 2032 Cultural Strategy.
• Maintaining awareness of strategic, along with operational demands and priorities, engaging with employees across all levels of the organisation to meet corporate goals.
