As the Gallery Coordinator – Operations & Engagement, you will join the leadership team of the Gallery working with the Gallery Director and Senior Curator to collaborate as a member of the Culture, Community and Recreation Group for Maitland City Council. This includes providing high level strategic, business and audience development support to the Gallery Director and working in partnership with the curatorial team to develop marketing and digital engagement strategies to promote and enhance Gallery services and initiatives. This role will also manage visitor services, oversee the management of the Gallery’s retail operation and manage, develop and support the Learning and Development (education and public programs) team.
