The National Art School is accredited through TEQSA and offers Bachelor of Fine Art, Master, and Doctorate courses in Painting, Photomedia, Sculpture, Ceramics, and Printmaking, and core subjects in Drawing and Art History and Theory. The position
To develop and implement student recruitment and engagement plans to meet application and enrolment targets of undergraduate and postgraduate students to the National Art School (NAS). This position will develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to understand student recruitment priorities and objectives and contribute to the annual intake of domestic, interstate, and international students.
What you bring to the role
You will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual with an understanding of the higher education sector and the Australian visual arts sector. You will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and present at all levels, from students to parents, through to career advisors, teachers and industry leaders. You will be a strategic thinker and be able to apply your knowledge when defining and executing deliverables and putting new ideas into action. You will enjoy going on the road and attending expos, including logistics, setting up and running expos and managing a crew at the larger events. Supported by an Education Coordinator, you will manage the non-degree, youth orientated programs including high school tours, school workshops, education kits and teacher education programs.
