It is an exciting time to be joining the team at the Foundation & Friends as a new 5-year transformative strategic springboard has just been finalised with the Board supportive of investment for future growth to enhance its support of one of Australia’s oldest cultural institutions.

The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Head of Fundraising implement the fundraising strategy and annual plans to drive the donated income through supporter acquisition and retention programs.

This includes the relationship management of our high value donors and bequestors and assisting the identification of, and implementation for high level engagement, as well as assisting with new income generating opportunities. A key focus for this role will be developing and overseeing the retention strategy of the portfolio of donors including impact reporting. The role will also support the planning and execution of other fundraising activities which may include planned giving, appeals, sponsorship and event fundraising.
