Digital Platforms Coordinator
The Digital Platforms Coordinator will be the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day digital requests. They lead continuous improvement of digital content and products with a clear focus on audience needs in an inclusive, engaging and considered way that meets the needs of audience and staff alike. The person in this role requires strong coordination and time management skills with the ability to be detail-focused while considering (and contributing to) strategic goals.
What technical / soft skills you require
- Appropriate tertiary qualification or relevant, equivalent professional experience in digital within a complex cultural organisation.
- Well-developed knowledge and understanding of relevant technology, practices and innovations in the area of digital engagement including user and accessibility testing.
- Demonstrated professional experience of a range of digital content production for diverse audiences.
- High-level communication, negotiation and documentation skills including requirements gathering and user needs analysis.
- Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects and prioritise to meet deadlines
