Art Gallery – Program and Support Assistant
Cowra Council is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic person with a strong customer and community focus, excellent communication skills, a professional work approach and a genuine interest in the arts and cultural activities of the region to fill the part time position of Art Gallery Program and Support Assistant within Council.
The Art Gallery – Program and Support Assistant position includes a range of tasks relating to customer service, the Gallery exhibition program and public events, maintaining and updating the Gallery’s various databases and record keeping of the Gallery collection system.
The successful applicant will need to have a current Working with Children Check, Certificate III in Business Administration or qualifications in a similar stream, demonstrated high level writing and computer skills with the ability to maintain databases and website/social media platforms, and experience working with volunteers. Visual arts sector experience is highly desirable.Find out more
